Description
Returning chamber music to its intended domestic setting, Groupmuse provides high-caliber musical events for surprisingly young audiences in intimate listening environments. Propted by an external study of the organization, Bodkin is considering rolling out Groupmuse into the Los Angeles market. This case explores the philosophy behind Groupmuse and the rationale to expand into new markets, concluding by challenging the reader to consider a process by which growth of the business could occur.
